HWS HWS Newsletter #5: Near death experience, Reconnecting with Authenticity, Working through Envy
A big welcome to our 13 new subscribers this week including Espree, Kristen, and Dimitri. Thank you for your support!
This week I’m sharing a story about my tryst with death, my interview with Nat Couropmitree, and painting through a very natural human emotion.
How this Coach and Travel Podcaster is Helping Individuals Reconnect with Authenticity
What if you had ways to let go of baggage, expectations & and limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your authentic self each day? How would you express yourself in this reality?
I had the chance to sit down with Nat Couropmitree this week. He is a coach who supports ambitious creators with big hearts & bold ideas to take up space and express them with 100% authenticity. He is also launching a travel-themed podcast soon.
In this episode we spoke about the inherent worth we possess as humans, achiever mindset, being true to ourselves, letting go of perfection, and reconnecting deeply with ourselves through travel.

Facing Death made me want to Live Again
This was a story I have been meaning to write for a while now but I had to process it myself and look at it more objectively before sharing it with the world. Here is that story.
Painting Through Envy
A few weeks ago, I painted my fear.
You probably thought getting hit by a car made me an enlightened being 😂. But normal human emotions like envy, anger, sadness, fear, etc come up often.
This week I painted envy. It’s a 16x20 Acrylic on Canvas Painting.
I only used a palette knife to create this one which gives the unfinished look to it along with the rectangular blocks.
I would highly recommend this process of painting your emotions and letting them go. I made an online course where I shared this 3-step technique of painting our current state of mind. As awesome subscribers, you can access it for FREE. Expect this course to hit your inbox soon. In the meanwhile, if you are impatient you can check it out here and get a free month of SkillShare.
That’s a wrap! Thank you so much for your support. I will see you next Friday!
